Reporting directly to the EMEA Internal Sales Manager, you will be the Business Development Manager in charge of the development and follow-up of the commercial files and the development of the export zone concerned. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing export customers, developing their turnover and expanding this panel through prospecting actions.
In this capacity, your main activities will consist of :
- Maintaining, creating and negotiating annual price lists
- Identification of the business at risk with definition and deployment of specific action plans
- Analysing customer requests, gathering the necessary elements to meet them and checking the adequacy between the demand, our capacities and product/solution/service orientations.
- Acting as an interface with the technical teams and, if necessary, putting the client in contact with the relevant internal departments (Engineering, Quality, etc.).
- Verifying and negotiating commercial terms and conditions of contracts
- By helping the customer to understand our solutions before sending the offer.
You have master's degree in international trade or technical training, and have substantial experience in a similar position in the sale of industrial products.
You must speak English and German. You are familiar with the rules of international trade and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
As a true interface between the technical departments and our customers, you have good interpersonal skills. Dynamic, persevering and organised, you are known for conducting quality commercial relations and taking into account the customer experience.
Your sense of results and your analytical mind will be assets in achieving the commercial objectives of the internal sales department.

MAESTRAL, a joint R&D laboratory Technetics /CEA (French Atomic Energy & Alternatives Energy Agency), is dedicated to the design and testing of high-end and critical sealing systems.
