3-year  (renewable 1 year) at GIFEN Numerique

GIFEN, the Groupement des industriels français de l'énergie nucléaire, was created in June 2018, on the initiative of the major contractors (CEA, EDF, Framatome, Orano and Andra), and brings together 24 major manufacturers in the sector and the four pre-existing national associations (GIIN, AIFEN, PFME and FAIF). Gifen thus brings together the major principals, large companies, ETIs, SMEs, micro-enterprises and associations, covering all types of industrial activities (studies, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, etc.) as well as all areas of civil nuclear power (fuel cycle, electricity production, decommissioning, etc.).

Based on the observation that digital technology is a crucial lever for performance and competitiveness for the sector, the GIFEN council has created a dedicated associative structure, the "GIFEN NUMÉRIQUE", with the aim of accelerating work on the integration of digital technology into the operating and interaction methods of the players in the French nuclear sector.

We are recruiting a "DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER", in charge of setting up, developing and marketing and monitoring Digital Platforms within the GIFEN.

To this end, he will provide support for complex multi-actor projects: in particular, he will be in charge of project management for the Digital Platforms of the GIFEN Digital Commission (GENESIS initiative) and will validate the consistency of the services developed with the needs of the players in the sector.

Missions :

  • Manage product backlogs and iterations/versions (including MVP definition)
  • Write functional specifications, functional specifications and business acceptance plans
  • Participate in the selection (RFI/RFP) and then interact with providers (MOE)
  • Taking into account the needs, constraints and feedback from product users

At the end of this mission, the Orano's digital transformation department will reintegrate the employee into its teams in Chatillon. The Digital Transformation Department was created in 2019. A team on a human scale, it is part of an approach to accelerate Digital Transformation at group level, in which the employee will have his or her full place to help accelerate the deployment of digital solutions in the business lines, but also contribute to the group's performance.
