WIN France

WiN France brings together women working in the various fields of application of nuclear energy: Energy, Space, Health, Art, ... and has more than 500 members in all regions of France. WiN France is a group of SFEN, an association and a founding member of WiN Global which brings together thousands of professionals from over 100 countries.
WiN France's objectives:
• Promote scientific and technical careers and facilitate access to the first job for young people, in particular high school and university students,
• Encourage the sharing of experiences between the members and the accompaniment of the members throughout their professional career,
• Communicate on nuclear energy, energy transition, and environmental protection to audiences and diverse opinion leaders,
• Contribute to developing diversity and diversity in the nuclear trades,
• Establish joint partnerships with associations such as Women and Science, Women Engineers and networks of women in business.
