OREKA INGÉNIERIE

OREKA INGENIERIE is composed of 3 teams who intervene in different capacities : Engineering, Project Management and 3D Simulation. They work together on the design and layout of production spaces and workstations, the development of 3D immersive digital tools.

Our Engineering team specializes in flow management, organization and integration of industrial processes. It uses a software that allows real-time 3D dynamic simulation of your project :

• Organization of the production tool and associated.
• Production (Production flowchart, capacity...)
• Characterization of operator activity (assignment, activity rate, distances traveled).
• Inventory management, Waste (before, during and after production), …

Our Project Management team intervenes to analyze, define and design (or improve) workspaces and workstations. We act on the factors of production and improvement of working conditions through a multidisciplinary approach:  Architecture, Design and layout of workspaces and workstations, Ergonomics, Acoustics, Colorimetry.

Our "3D Simulation" team aims to support the "engineering" and "project Management" missions by presenting the evolution of the project in 3D, throughout the design process. We exploit virtual and augmented reality technologies using phones, immersive headsets (Samsung, THC Vive), Hololens glasses, touch pads, etc. to propose tools to help with presentation, project validation, training, operation and maintenance.
