With more than 60 years of experience in industrial valves, MECA-INOX is a partner of the main actors in the energy field. MECA-INOX ball valves are from French conception and are installed in nuclear plants, heat production units by cogeneration, thermal and hydraulic plants, where the requirements in terms of reliability, quality of production and durability are stringent.
MECA-INOX have been active on the market of nuclear industries for 20 years as a qualified ball valve manufacturer and is qualified by EDF UTO for the supplying of valves for nuclear plants (QC level).
Our range of products and the quality monitoring performed during the production of each batch, allows to be compliant to the most stringent requests :
- Non-destructive tests to guarantee the quality of materials
- Mechanical tests on steels (Impacts tests)
- Tightness tests according to EN 12266-1 but also using Helium on request
- Monitoring of production with ITP
Our project team can design unique solutions combining our different design and technologies to fit with your specifications. Our engineers manage your numerical simulations requests, specific tests or certifications.
