Since its creation in 1988, ECP activities are focused on project management in assistance to “Maitrise d’Ouvrage” or
“Maitrise d’OEuvre”.
ECP has intervened in the preliminary phase of major industrial projects (Feasibility, PreliminaryProject) then in the execution phases (Contract award process, Design,
Construction, Tests and Commissioning) on all project management jobs’.
The Company, gathering a team of more than 200 specialists’ consultants, has developed its core business with major
clients such as AREVA, EDF or TOTAL, and has created and implemented its methodology in relation with project
management institutional actors (AFITEP, PMI, and Engineers Schools).
Currently, ECP is strongly recognized in Oil & Gas, Nuclear business, Energy, Defense, aviation ans space, Chemistry, Mining and Metallurgy, Transport, infrastructures, etc...
