CMS, for nearly 30 years, proposes a large range of Non Destructive Testing equipments, especially for tubes inspection, on or off line.
The 2 mains products of CMS are:
- Eddy current rotating heads RotoETscan (diameter range : 1 to 220 mm) for surface punctual flaws detection on tubes.
- Ultrasonic rotating head RotoUTscan (diameter range : 6 to 250 mm) for longitudinal and transversal defect detection, thickness measurement as well as OD – ID and ovalization on welded or not welded tubes in stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, and also in carbon steel.
These rotating heads can be combined with other CMS equipments and can be installed together in a control bench including centering devices. Supervision software allows to display combined signals (UT/ET) and creates inspection reports that can be used as evidences for product quality. Data stored can be recalled for processing and analysis.
All the systems meet quality standards such as API, ASTM, DIN.
