ACTENCIA assists senior executives and managers during all the key stages of their professional life.

ACTENCIA is composed of two complementary departments :
• ACTENCIA Dirigeants : We accompany the senior executives and the leaders to enable them to manage their career effectively (individual outplacement, career point), as well as their personal and professional development (individual coaching, Co-development).
• ACTENCIA Executive: We select and recruit for our clients the senior executives and experts they need to structure or develop the business of their company.

The team :
ACTENCIA is a human-sized company consisting of 20 senior consultants in Ile-de-France and in the regions.
ACTENCIA consultants are experienced professionals with a significant professional career in the international companies. The consultants have a double management experience : an important operational experience and a consultancy background.

ACTENCIA operates in all sectors of industry and services: aeronautics industry, IT, electronics industry, engineering, banking and insurance, distribution.
More specifically, ACTENCIA has developed a great expertise in the energy sector and works for major contractors and their suppliers.
